I really enjoyed the huge Christmas tree in the lobby and the amazing breakfast spread every morning! The heated indoor pool and relaxing sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day out. Just a heads up, the shower water pressure could be better, but overall a great stay! 🎄

Staying here was a mixed bag! The spacious two-room suite was quite comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering made-to-order omelettes that were simply delicious. However, the cleanliness issues were a letdown, with found dirt and unwashed items in the room. Staff friendliness wasn't consistent either.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for visiting attractions like COSI Science Museum and Nationwide Arena. We enjoyed comfortable beds and a decent breakfast. It’s also nice to walk on the nearby track. Just a heads up, parking fees apply and some elevators were out of service during our stay.

Unfortunately, the breakfast quality wasn't great. The food seemed reheated and there were bugs around the fruit.

Additionally, we experienced chaos with noise in the hallways, specifically sounds from other rooms at late hours. Our request for a room change was met, but unfortunately, the new room had broken furniture.

The happy hour was the best we’ve experienced at an Embassy Suites, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. My two boys loved splashing around in the pool area.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast staff could be more accommodating and friendly to families. They often seemed overwhelmed and dismissive, which was disappointing during our meals.

It was just a suitable option for a two-day stay in Columbus with good value considering price it charged. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was great, which I appreciated. Make sure to request a room away from the elevator to avoid noise.
